I reserve the right to use all commissioned work in any form. If you’re uncomfortable with this, please let me know as I’m willing to talk and potentially make exceptions. This includes (but is not limited to) using it as an example for other commissions, adding or removing the file from any digital space, or using it in graphics to further promote my business.

Any art is free for your own personal, non-commercial use. They may be crossposted, printed, or edited however you like so long as proper credit is given.

I do not allow commercial use of my work unless specifically agreed upon by myself and the client at the time of the commission. Pieces intended for commercial work will incur higher rates in most cases. Use in commercial work would include, but isn’t limited to, making prints/stickers/other products for sale, NFTs, etc.

My work will have my signature. Please do not remove my signature, as it is the way that I can receive credit for the work. If you’d like a version without a signature, please see commercial work above.

I will not allow third parties (meaning anyone other than myself and the client) to cross-post commissioned work UNLESS explicit permission is given by both myself and the commissioner. Rules for crediting my work still apply. You may not under any circumstances claim my work to be your own, sell or offer my work for sale, or otherwise use my work in any way without the permission of both myself and the commissioner.

Payment methods: I currently only take payment in the form of Paypal. Please do not transfer payment to me unless I have responded and approved your order. I require payment up front, either before the commission is started or after a quick sketch of the idea is sent.

Delivery: Ordered art will be sent to you privately in the method of your request within reason (Email or direct message via Twitter or similar). I may or may not upload it to other websites. Please save your art locally and back it up, as I do not guarantee that I will have a copy of this work available after the email is sent.

Deadlines: While I can provide estimates, I make no guarantees as to when orders will be completed. If you want to place an order with a deadline, i.e birthday, anniversary, etc., then I require the order be placed at least a month in advance. If the target deadline is less than a month, I will try my best but cannot guarantee that I will meet it.

Refunds:

If for any reason I cannot complete your order I will issue you a full refund.

If you back out of the commission after the order was started I will not issue a refund: this is simply to prevent people from obtaining free sketches, etc. from me under the pretense of canceling a larger commission.

If you are unhappy with the work provided please let me know and we can work something out: this will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I am more than happy to take the time to edit the work purchased if there are mistakes such as missing markings, etc.

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any commission, at any time, for any reason. Refunds may not be granted if works in progress have been provided.

If you wish to edit your order please notify me within 24 hours of initial order placement.

I try to be communicative as to when art can be expected, and I am more than happy to provide WIP shots for the client upon request.

I will only edit minor things, such as markings, once a commission is finished. Large changes such as poses or large-scale background edits will not be made without additional payment UNLESS it was an error on my part (i.e, you told me you wanted the character in one pose, and I drew another). I will provide approval sketches and WIP shots upon request.
